Memorial Words At A Wedding

Bikes scourge!

The Tokyoites use their bikes a lot. This is one of their sides "eco" with sorting complex and systematic.
In all neighborhoods, even the most crowded, they are there, unsteady on their bikes in the middle of the crowd everywhere, there are special bike parking (and pay), provided with locks. It's an institution.

The problem is that this outstanding bike is anything. As I had noticed during my visit to Hokkaido, the bike ride here usually on the sidewalk. Finally, from time to time they are on the road.
I sincerely believe that if I am the victim of a road accident here, it will not be in collision with a car, but with one of those damn cyclists. Whether it's the large crowd that the sidewalk is narrow, no matter what, they do not want to put your foot down, and try fantastic swerving to avoid poor pedestrian like me. It is not uncommon to be sandwiched in the output of a walkway between two bikes trying to cross.
There's also talking to mothers about their child cycling on bike, looking behind them, and not before, on a sidewalk full of utility poles, and you come across, let me tell you frankly that's not reassuring.
Enough 'others, to cut short all negotiations are content to run at full speed and you turn aside the way ... Briefly, in a word, they are unbearable! Long live the good old polluting cars!
